1. Project Overview
1.1. Project Background
With the popularization and advancement of drone technology, the potential threats posed by drones have become increasingly prominent. Maliciously used drones may be employed for reconnaissance, attacks, transportation of contraband, and other purposes, posing significant security risks to key areas. Deploying anti-drone systems has become particularly important for protecting the security of these areas. In response to drone threats, the technology of anti-drone systems is continuously evolving and innovating. This includes diverse technological means such as radar detection, electronic interference, and optical tracking. The development of these technologies enables anti-drone systems to more comprehensively and effectively address drone threats.
1.2. Demand Analysis
1.2.1. Market Demand
With the rapid development and widespread application of drone technology, the use of drones in various fields has become increasingly common, such as in commercial, military, and personal applications. However, the uncontrolled nature of drones and their potential safety risks have triggered an urgent demand for the anti-drone system market. Therefore, the anti-drone system market has broad market prospects and development space.
1.2.2. Technical Requirements
Anti-drone systems need to possess efficient, accurate, and stable technical capabilities, including the identification, tracking, and neutralization of drones. At the same time, it is necessary to consider the characteristics of drones, such as their small radar cross-section and low-altitude flight, and to adopt effective technical means to achieve effective detection and tracking of drones.
1.2.3. Regulatory Requirements
The research and application of anti-drone systems must comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards, such as aviation regulations and privacy protection laws. Therefore, anti-drone systems need to ensure compliance and legality to avoid violating relevant regulations during use.
1.3. Construction Objectives
Radar Detection and Tracking: As a core component of the anti-drone system, the main goal of radar is to achieve all-weather, all-time, and long-distance detection and tracking of drones. Through high-precision radar detection, information such as the drone's location, speed, and altitude can be obtained, providing data support for subsequent spectrum analysis, deception, and interference.
Spectrum Analysis: Spectrum analysis is one of the important means of the anti-drone system. By analyzing the spectrum of drone communication signals, it is possible to identify the communication frequency bands and protocols of the drones. This has significant guiding significance for subsequent deception and interference operations.
Deception Technology: Deception technology is one of the important technical means of the anti-drone system. By simulating the control or navigation signals of drones, it can induce drones to deviate from their intended flight paths or fly to designated areas, thus achieving effective control over the drones. Deception technology is highly covert and flexible, making it an important method in anti-drone systems.
Interference Technology: Interference technology is another important means of the anti-drone system. By emitting interference signals, it disrupts the communication links or navigation systems of drones, causing them to lose control or be forced to land. Interference technology is highly targeted and rapid, allowing for effective interference with drones in a short period.
The construction goal of the anti-drone system is to comprehensively utilize technologies such as radar detection, spectrum analysis, deception, and interference to achieve effective detection, identification, control, and interference of drones, thereby ensuring public safety, maintaining social stability, and promoting the healthy development of the drone industry.

2.4. Product business function introduction
2.4.1. Drone detection function:
Uses a combination of spectrum detection and radar active-passive solutions:
(1) Spectrum detection: Mainly targets conventional drones by receiving and analyzing the electromagnetic wave signals of target communications and transmissions to obtain characteristic information of the target, achieving detection of mainstream drone targets; effective distance is over 3Km, characterized by no emission source, making it difficult to be detected by the enemy.
(2) Radar detection: Mainly targets special drones like FPV, using active detection equipment to emit signals and utilize the reflected return signals from objects for target detection and tracking;
(3) Detection distance achieves detection within a radius of 2Km, including FPV, effectively complementing the detection types with spectrum detection.
2.4.2. Drone countermeasure function:
Uses a combination of navigation spoofing and radio suppression interference solutions:
(1) Navigation spoofing: Targets conventional drones using GPS navigation flight control, interfering with their navigation signals or control systems, causing the drone to deviate from its intended flight path or execute incorrect operations.
(2) Radio suppression interference: As the last line of defense for the system, it emits shielding signals at specific frequencies to disrupt control signals or communication links for data transmission.
2.4.3. Owl anti-drone system terminal:
As a business terminal, connects various units and implements control of each unit.
2.5. Product business process introduction
During the application process, the device can establish: detection warning area, detection alarm area, disposal alert area, disposal core area.
Detection warning area: 2.0Km-3.5Km: Mainly uses spectrum detection as the primary detection means, detecting conventional drones within a radius of 3.5Km, with good concealment and detection performance;
Detection alarm area: 2.0Km: A detection method combining spectrum detection and radar detection, effective within a radius of 2.0Km for conventional drones and FPV special drones;
Disposal alert area: Through deception devices, with a radius of 900m, relying on multi-method detection of radar and spectrum to deceive drone targets invading the alert area. The deception methods include forced landing, defense, and diversion;
Disposal core area: With the device as the center, a radius of 500m serves as a no-fly zone, while interference and deception devices are activated to make drones land or hover immediately, avoiding potential hazards to the core area.
Can meet user needs, based on their control plans, multiple sets of devices can be deployed in a distributed network to effectively fill blind spots.
2.6. Deployment Plan
2.6.1. Fixed Deployment
Fixed deployment is mainly used for high-security locations such as outposts, camps, prisons, and detention centers, where it is necessary to prevent drones from being used for illegal reconnaissance, transporting contraband, etc. The "Owl" anti-drone system can be set up around these locations to interfere with and intercept drones, ensuring the safety of the area.
For critical infrastructure such as power stations, data centers, and ports, fixed deployment can monitor and respond to potential drone threats in real-time, quickly identifying and tracking suspicious drones, and taking timely measures to ensure the safety of critical infrastructure.
Fixed deployment can also be deployed in areas such as government agencies, financial institutions, embassies, industrial parks, production workshops, gas stations, and gas stations to meet the low-altitude defense needs of these areas.
2.6.2. Mobile Deployment
Mobile deployment is used for maneuverable operations, in active reconnaissance and camp security, deploying the system in armored vehicles, where reconnaissance personnel can monitor and control the radiation area through terminal devices in the vehicle, ensuring the safety of the assigned area.
It can also be applied to large events such as national conferences, sports events, concerts, and leaders' visits. In these events, mobile deployment can effectively control drones at the event site and along the route of leaders' visits, ensuring the smooth progress of the event and the safety of leaders.
