On October 14, 2025, Wang Gaohui, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Wuhan Municipal National Mobilization Office; Xu Bijun, Director of the Potential Resources Division of the Wuhan Municipal National Mobilization Office; and Liu Dong, along with their delegation, paid a special visit to Raykeda for inspection and guidance. During the visit, they engaged in an in-depth discussion on topics such as enterprise development, radar product innovation, and collaborative efforts within the national defense science and technology industry. During the meeting, leaders from Wuhan City’s National Defense Mobilization Committee shared insights into the defense technology industry, highlighting its key strengths. They also explained how the local government has introduced specialized policies to provide robust support for defense technology enterprises—ranging from project incubation and talent recruitment to financial backing. In particular, they emphasized efforts to encourage the commercialization of “military-civilian integration” technologies and the development of a thriving industrial ecosystem.

Both sides engaged in an in-depth discussion on how to further advance project incubation, enrich the industrial ecosystem, and deepen enterprise development—key areas of practical work—and agreed to maintain close communication and collaboration, jointly embracing cooperation and fostering shared growth and development.
